A client consultation should be carried out at the beginning of each salon visit. This is not only a legal requirement but it is also an important step in ensuring both your staff and clients are protected.

Salon’s medical questionnaire ensures your staff are fully in-tune with your clients’ wellbeing. The details of the questionnaire are store on the clients record card to help you make an informed decision as to what treatments your clients receive. This can be updated every time they visit.
