Collette Osborne has been appointed as the new chief policy officer of the Hair and Barber Council.

The council’s aim is to raise standards and improve professionalism within the hairdressing and barbering industry, with Collette now at the helm. Her role will focus on liaising with the All Party Parliamentary Group for Hairdressing, Barbering and Cosmetology (hosted by the Hair and Barber Council).
