A 2020 UPDATE
The start of the year may have been full of doom and gloom, but Premier Software are here to provide you with essential updates for Q1 of 2020 to put a smile on your face, starting with version 3.3.12 of Salon by Premier Software®. For a full list of software changes, click here.
In line with the government announcement on 23/03/20 regarding COVID-19, Premier Software has taken the decision to close until further notice.

Please be advised that we will be freezing direct debits from April 1st 2020 until we reopen. You will not be charged during this period of closure. If you are paying annually, we will look to review your contract accordingly upon our return.

On Friday 13th March, we at Premier Software donned our sportiest gear for Sport Relief. We kicked those Friday the 13th fears away with a day of comfy t-shirts, gym wear and tracksuits to raise money for good causes including mental health, homelessness and child poverty. How did you get involved?

Closed for a set period? You can prevent online bookings or simply shut down scheduling on specific days within Core by Premier Software®.
Did you know… Salon?
Salon by Premier Software® makes marketing easy! Set-up which clients you wish to send reminders, open slots or promotions to, and select how they will be sent out (such as via email or SMS). You can then schedule them for automatic sending.

Staff Contract Update
New employment laws are coming in April, so make sure you’re ready for them! From 6th April, your business will need to provide a full, updated statement of contract and handbooks to any staff who request them. New staff will also now require any terms of employment as soon as they start. That means it’s important you have up-to-date copies ready for when April arrives, so get cracking!
A Forum To Remember
On Thursday 6th February, we held the first Core by Premier Software® forum of 2020. Plenty of Core clients and partners attended, including Journey Hospitality, Spa Breaks, Monek Ltd and Potting Shed Spa to gain a deeper insight into the future of Premier Software and its products.
A huge thank you to all clients who attended and partners who presented, including our very own Leonie Wileman for kicking off the event with Laura Meeson.
