NATIONAL INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS SET TO RISE

Are you prepared for the rise in National Insurance in line with the new Health and Social Care Levy?

In the UK, employers, employees and those self-employed are set to pay 1.25 per cent more in National Insurance (NI). This means employers will pay extra NI contributions for staff, whilst employees pay NI on their wages.

The changes will come in April 2022 and last for one year. This levy is designed to help the NHS and social care system recover from the COVID pandemic.
