Salary: Circa £20k (dependent on experience).

The opportunity

We are looking for a determined, ambitious, enthusiastic administrator, who is experienced in providing first-class customer service.

You will be working in a busy environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing an electronic diary system. Therefore, having a resourceful, can-do attitude is key to this role.

The successful candidate will play an important role in guiding our new clients through their Software journey with Premier.

Reporting to the Training Manager, the Implementations Project Coordinator will:

  • Coordinate the training diary
  • Coordinate the technical installations diary
  • Order new hardware
  • Prepare information and equipment for the training team
  • Assist clients in completing installation documentation
  • Deal with clients via phone/email
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure all areas of the order are completed
  • Build a configure client’s systems
  • There will be elements of customer support.
