Salary: Circa £25-28k (dependent on experience).

The opportunity

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, your main responsibilities will be (not exclusive but to include):
SEO/PPC/GA:
- Manage SEM and Pay Per Click advertisement
- Conduct keyword research and develop an SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings for the company, increasing flow of traffic to the website and conversions
- Track the customers’ digital journey
- Create and update web pages when required
- Provide monthly analytical reports on digital performance, identifying areas of success and making recommendations for improvement
- Conduct market research and analyse results to inform future product development and marketing plans
- Report on competitor activity
Marketing:
- Develop a range of content for: blogs, social, e-shots, website, advertising, testimonials, featured articles and company documentation as required
Other Marketing:
- Promote key launches and events
- Proofread all marketing content
- Convert designs into various email formats through coding
- Schedule and maintain e-shots through direct e-marketing software
- Maintain press clippings folder
- Attend and contribute to marketing and other internal meetings
Social and Digital:
- Co-ordinate and strategise social media campaigns
- Research and create paid for and organic content across social media platforms for Premier Software and its brands
- Develop online social media presence
- Analyse the results of campaigns and advise on changes to be made
- Have the ability to create videos
- Proactively look for and pitch new ways to improve our presence digitally
General:
- Write scripts and record messages for the telephone system
- Keep up to date with digital trends
- Form part of the creative team, providing ideas for future promotions and strategy
- Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content and visuals
- Attend events where required
- Be professional, punctual, proactive and enthusiastic
- Support any other business in relation to the role.
You will have the following:
- At least two years’ experience
- Good knowledge of video recording/editing software such as Filmora and Wavepad
- Good knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, SEMRush and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, CRM systems, HTML coding is beneficial but not essential.
