Salary: Circa £18K (dependent on experience).

The opportunity

The main responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will be:

  • Administrative duties:
    • Postal duties
    • Data cleansing activities on our CRM system – Act!
    • Absence monitoring
    • Booking meetings
    • Collating marketing materials
    • Booking vehicle services & repairs
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Be the key contact any visitors, ensuring safe procedures are followed and organising refreshments
  • Maintenance of the office space and meeting rooms, monitoring stock levels and cleanliness.

Skills required:

  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally.
  • A smart professional with a personable approach.
  • IT Literate, especially Word and Excel
  • Previous experience of a CRM system
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, administration experience.
  • First aid certificate (beneficial).
