How to boost your spa’s success in the run up to Christmas

The festive period is often busy, but careful planning can maximise your spa’s success. Outside of treatments, your unique offerings will attract clients for Christmas and beyond, boosting your revenue. Do you know how to accomplish this, however? Read on for vital inspiration:

Staff schedules

A lot of your festive spa’s success will be down to your staff availability.Rotas will often require tweaking during the Christmas period to ensure staff are on-hand as much as possible. That way, you will ensure the busier bookings can be catered to as much as possible from offerings of extended hours or overtime (after all, you don’t want to damage the work-life balance during Christmas).

November promotions

With most clients booking appointments as close to Christmas as possible, the month before and after can sometimes turn your spa’s success cold. Through offering special November promotions, such as 10% off treatments during the last two weeks of November, you will attract those looking for a good deal, plugging those quieter months with business.
