How Premier’s online software will lift your business from lockdown

Emerging from lockdown is a tentative process, but online booking software can combat this dramatically. Online by Premier Software® is a customisable web-suite that enables bookings directly into your Premier Software system, allowing your business to practice new government guidelines with ease. With that in mind, here are five useful ways to use Online to streamline the client journey post-lockdown.

Client portal for online booking

Online gives clients the option to book through your website for a contactless approach. Your staff can share your booking link with clients, enabling them to view availability and secure an appointment at a time to suit them. These remote bookings will then show within your Premier system on-site.

Restrict online time slots

Using the online web portal, you can control what time slots clients can book. This is useful for setting periods where cleaning may need to be carried out or to enable social distancing. Using the Advanced 15, 10 or 5-minute times, you can tick available time slots you’d like to be bookable during each day of the week, whether that is for Appointment Booking, Facility Booking or a specific site.

Online payments

Paying online forgoes the use of paper money and all the transferred hygiene that comes with it at a crowded reception. Simply set up Premier’s payment gateway in partnership with Monek Ltd to enable online transactions. To do so, contact our sales team on: +44 (0)1543 466580.

Online medical questionnaires

Online enables clients to update their client consultation form including their medical details. This will automatically be sent ahead of the client’s next visit and is vital for making sure they are free of COVID-19 symptoms before they next arrive. This will then be updated in your system.

Purchase gift vouchers

Clients will be able to purchase gift vouchers 24/7 via the client portal on your website. Not only that, you can use Online to brand your own online voucher or send a physical voucher through the post.
