“On a day-to-day basis we can manage and schedule bookings easily and the automated marketing function is fantastic.

“Once a guest has booked a class or treatment, a text is automatically sent out to confirm the appointment.

“We can then schedule reminders at timed intervals and, by sending a text a couple of days before a guest is due to arrive, we have reduced the number of cancellations significantly.

“Core is very easy to use. On a day-to-day, week-by-week basis we can pull a range of management reports to ensure the spa is working effectively. It can also provide a stock itinerary and evaluation to enable the team to monitor stock, see which products sell well and where we may have to look at offers to encourage sales.

“We can also determine offers based on the number of visitors on certain days, or type of treatment booked.
