Dealing with Wowcher

Discover how the integration works in six steps.

  • Set-up
    Getting started with Wowcher deals is as simple as setting up a package in Core. The Wowcher team will work with you to realise that package online.

  • Purchase
    After a client selects your offer, you have the opportunity to increase revenue with upgrades. Their voucher is delivered as an email or postal gift pack.

  • Redemption
    Core’s smart integration validates the voucher before capturing the clients preferred location, date and time. Wowcher will inform you of the booking via email.

  • Scheduling
    Lead details are communicated to Core, which searches for a matching email address to avoid record duplication. Staff can then schedule the package and send confirmation.

  • Pricing
    Exclusive pricing for Wowcher deals can be controlled in Core. Following payment, the value will appear as a deposit, to be released as full payment on departure.

  • Payment
    Wowcher will automatically send payment in line with agreed terms once the client has completed their redemption. This will be visible in Core under Reservation Deposits.
