The integration journey

Discover how the integration works from the point of booking right through to departure.

  • Reservation
    Once a reservation with a spa or leisure package is made in Rezlynx PMS, Core polls the PMS for the guest profile.

  • Booking
    Any packages are created in the Core diary in real-time, enabling the team to schedule the bookable elements on the reservation.

  • F&B
    When a spa or leisure guest visits the hotel restaurants, Guestline EPoS looks for their record in Core to post charges to their account, or redeem a prepaid voucher.

  • Room Posting
    During their visit, Core looks up the guest's room in Rezlynx PMS to allow charges to be posted to their room bill.

  • Payment
    Upon check-out of the hotel, the guest pays the full bill. This includes a breakdown of any spa and leisure charges and F&B items.

  • Financials
    Core posts all financials to Rezlynx PMS in real time, providing a clear account breakdown of spend across all departments.
